Cancellation Policy

There may be occasions when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with a SENGIX HVAC & APPLIANCE REPAIR technician for various reasons. We treat our clients with respect and our company’s Cancellation Policy is very convenient for you. 

All you need to do is Call Us to cancel the appointment at least 3 business hours before the scheduled time.

For instance, if your appointment is between 2PM and 4PM, you should inform us by 11AM on that day. If you call us outside of our regular business hours, please do not leave a voicemail.

You can only cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment by directly speaking with a live SENGIX HVAC & APPLIANCE REPAIR agent.

Our live agent will provide you with a cancellation code during your call. Please keep it for your records.

Non-compliance with our company’s cancellation policy will incur a mandatory service call fee of $99, plus tax. Additionally, the mandatory service call fee may vary based on factors such as location, time of day, among others. Furthermore, payment is required within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
